If a paper contains material reproduced from other source, the necessary written permission from the author(s) and publisher must accompany the manuscript.
Selection of the papers for publication is made by the editor-in–chief, who relies primarily on the recommendation of reviewers. Paper appropriates for consideration receive two or more independent blind reviews by member of the editorial board or by the advisory board if necessary. Reviewers assess manuscript on their relevance to the practical application research effort, logic, analytic quality and flow.

The title page should include the title of the manuscript, the author name(s), their affiliation(s) and the abstract. The abstract should not exceed 200 words.
Tables and Figures
All tables and figures should be numbered serially, using Arabic numeral but each category being numbered separately. Each figures and tables should have a caption at the bottom for a figure and at the top for a table. The words in each caption and the table contents should be written bold-face in the lower case except the first character of the sentence. All table, figures, drawings and half-tone illustrations (pictures) should, as far as possible, appear in appropriate place within the body of the text, and must be in a form suitable for printing. The alignment of a figure is in center and in left for a table.
